We want to help beautify your space and we want you to love your order but we understand; sometimes it just doesn't work out.
Purchased In store Products
Returning live plants.
In order to receive a refund or store credit all live plants need to be returned within 14 days of purchase, in good condition and in the original grower’s pot. If the plant does not have the original sticker with barcode a receipt matching the item must be provided.
Returning Products.
Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase in the original packaging with no visible damage.
In order to receive a refund or store credit all items will have to be returned at SF Plants store along with a sales receipt.
Shipped Products
Returning Live Plants
Plants might not make multiple trips in the mail, if your plant did not arrive in good condition or it was not what you expected please contact us right away. Your email or phone call will need to include as much information as possible, we may request images and additional details about our order.
Returning products:
We accept returns of any unused products in good condition within 14 days of arrival to your home. Products will need to be in original packaging with no parts missing. For planters they should be in the original shipping box with no damage done to the planter.
Please not that there might be a deduction from your refund in order to cover shipping expenses or return labels.
If you prefer you may ship with your carried, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Ship your package with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance and Provide sf plants with tracking as soon as it becomes available.
SF Plants is not responsible for items lost of damaged in the mail.
Online orders do not qualify for exchanges.
Shipping Damages
SF Plants is very careful when it comes to packing your items, however the shipping process sometimes may not be kind to your package. If your product or plant arrives damage please contact us immediately via email and attach images; we will try to work with you for store credit. Replacements may still include a shipping charge.
Do not throw away any part of the package until the issue has been fully resolved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
